How we handle your data

Clearly and without legal jargon: what we know about you, why we need it, who has access to it and how to exercise your rights. Last updated: 23 July 2026.

Controller

Who is behind the processing

The controller of your personal data is Jetlio, s.r.o., Voroněžská 2547/1, 616 00 Brno, IČO 09967231, the operator of the Drukolud platform. For personal data matters, you can reach us at [email protected].

The print shop where you place an order fulfils your order in its own name – we pass it the order data (contact details, files, delivery address if any) so it can print, hand over or deliver the order and handle any complaint.

Scope

What data we process

Orders without an account. A contact name, email and phone number, plus a delivery address when delivering; the notes you attach to the order or files; and the print files themselves – they can contain anything you choose to put in them, so we treat them as sensitive content. Access to the order is protected by a random access key in the link; save it, it works like a key to your order.

Print shop accounts. The email, name, phone number and business details the print shop itself publishes in its profile (contacts, point addresses, price list). Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, request time) needed to run and secure the service.

Visit analytics (only with consent). If you consent in the cookie bar, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand which pages are useful. No ads, no profiling, nothing is sold. Without consent, PostHog doesn’t load at all; you can change your choice at any time.

Files

Who sees what you print

We store files in private storage (AWS S3, Frankfurt region – EU) and they are never publicly displayed. They can be downloaded only by the print shop where you placed your order, and only through time-limited secured links – it needs them to print the order. We don’t look into the contents of your documents; we access the files only technically (e.g. automatic page counting) or at your request when resolving an issue.

We keep files and order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle any complaints, then we delete them. You can ask for a specific order to be deleted at any time at [email protected].

Recipients

Who we share data with

The print shop you chose – contact details, files and a delivery address if any, so it can fulfil your order. Infrastructure providers – AWS storage (EU, Frankfurt) and Cloudflare hosting. We sell data to no one and don’t use it for advertising.

Two map services work directly from your browser: map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap, and address autocomplete sends the searched text to the Photon service (komoot). Your browser location (the “Near me” button) is processed solely in your browser – it is never sent to our servers.

Your rights

What you can request at any time

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to its rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object. Just write to [email protected] – we’ll get back to you within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner.

If you feel we’re not handling your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl). We’d be grateful, though, if you tried us first.
