How to join

  1. Create an account and profile

    You sign up, fill in your name and business details – and your profile is ready. It works for a big copy centre just as well as a smaller shop with a single point.

  2. Set your price list and points

    You tick the papers you offer, your printing prices and your points with opening hours. As soon as the price list is complete, the point appears in the marketplace – until then we don’t show it to customers.

  3. Take orders

    New orders show up in your order overview: you confirm, print and mark as ready. The customer collects the prints and pays you directly.

What you get

A dashboard that leaves you in control

The price list is entirely yours. You set paper prices by format, type and weight, and printing prices by colour and double-sidedness – including volume discounts from a page count of your choice or different prices for larger formats. We calculate customers’ prices from your list automatically, so nobody has to ask about anything.

Points under one roof. Each point has its own address, opening hours and contacts, and optionally its own exceptions to the price list – for example when one point doesn’t stock glossy paper right now. Delivery is optional: in-person pickup is enough, and whoever wants can add a parcel locker or courier with their own price.

Orders at a glance. Orders arrive with the price calculated and files downloadable through secured links. You confirm or reject an order until you’ve started on it – and the customer can see what stage it’s at the whole time.

What it costs

Zero. Really

Drukolud takes no commission on your orders, and there are no monthly fees either. Customers pay you directly at pickup – in cash or by transfer to your account. We never hold the money, so you never wait for it.

We earn differently: a network with fair prices brings more customers, and with them services we’ll offer print shops optionally over time. The basics – profile, price list, points and orders – will stay free.

FAQ

What do printers ask?

Who can join?
Copy shops, print shops and smaller businesses with a single printer. You need a place where customers can collect their orders and a price list you print by – everything else you set up in the dashboard.
How quickly can I start?
Right after signing up: fill in your profile, add a point and a price list. As soon as a point has complete prices, it starts showing to customers in search and on the map.
Do I have to offer delivery?
No. In-person pickup is enough – delivery to a parcel locker or to the door is optional, with its own price that you set for each method.
What if I can’t print an order?
As long as you haven’t started printing, you can reject the order – for example when you’ve run out of a special paper. The customer pays nothing upfront, so there’s nothing complicated to unwind.
How do customers pay?
Directly to you at pickup, in cash or by transfer to your account. Drukolud doesn’t enter the payment and deducts nothing.
Can I change my prices at any time?
Yes, the price list is entirely under your control. Changes take effect immediately – new orders are calculated at the new prices, while orders already in progress keep the prices from when they were placed.
