A big order without a round of quote requests

The price upfront, not after emails. Elsewhere, big orders mean sending an enquiry, waiting for a quote and comparing by hand. Here the price is calculated deterministically from the shops’ price lists – you upload the files, enter the quantities and see the shop comparison right away, with volume discounts included wherever a shop has them in its price list.

Each file its own way. Within one order you can give every file its own format, colour, double-sided setting and number of copies – a colour cover on nicer paper, the inside in black and white. Double-sided printing and more pages per sheet cut the price and the paper noticeably.

Arrangements made directly. The order note goes straight to the print shop, and by replying to the email you write to each other directly. Deadline, binding or trimming – after agreeing, the shop can add extra services with a price to your order, which you’ll see on the order page and in an email.

How to place a big order

  1. Upload all your files at once

    An order can carry dozens of files – each with its own settings and number of copies. Page counts load automatically, and the price recalculates live as you change the settings.

  2. Compare print shops by price

    With big volumes, the differences between price lists multiply – the comparison shows final prices from every shop nearby, and you can easily save hundreds of zlotys just by choosing well. Volume prices are factored in automatically.

  3. Collect or order delivery

    No need to carry a heavy order: shops deliver to parcel lockers and by courier, priced by the order’s weight – the system works it out from the paper and format. Or just walk over and pay on the spot.

Big orders in practice

Do I get a better price for a big print run?
If a shop has volume prices in its price list, they’re applied automatically – you see them reflected in the final price in the comparison. And since you compare several shops at once, you’ll also find the one that specialises in big runs.
Can the system handle thousands of pages?
Yes. Price and weight are calculated per file and copy, and delivery is offered by order weight. For really large runs, put your deadline in the note – the shop confirms it can meet it before printing.
What about invoicing and payment?
You pay at pickup directly to the print shop – in cash or by transfer. Invoice details and issuing the document are arranged directly with the shop; its contact is on its page and in the confirmation email.
I need binding, trimming or lamination
Put it in the order note. After agreeing, the shop adds the finishing work to your order as an extra service with a price – you’ll see the change on the order page and get an email about it.
