What do people ask most often?

How much does printing cost?
A black-and-white A4 page starts at 0,20 zł. Every print shop in the network sets its own price list – after you upload your files, we calculate the exact price at every shop that can handle your order. Drukolud adds no markup; see current prices in the price list.
How do I pay?
Directly to the print shop at pickup – in cash or by bank transfer. No money ever goes through Drukolud.
What files can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and images (JPG, PNG, GIF). We count PDF pages automatically.
How quickly will my prints be ready?
In-person pickup is often possible shortly after the print shop accepts your order. For delivery to a parcel locker or your door, you see the expected number of days next to each option before you order.
Can I print eco-friendly?
Yes – many print shops offer recycled paper; you’ll find it in the filters and in the print settings. Read more about eco-friendly printing.
What if my document has only a few colour pages?
We detect colour pages in PDFs automatically. If you pick colour printing, only the pages that actually contain colour bill at the colour rate – the rest prints at the black-and-white price.

Who is behind Drukolud?

During high school and university I discovered how many of my friends didn’t have a printer at home. They kept asking me to print things for them, and I didn’t want them paying a fortune at copy shops when it could be done cheaper and faster. So at the end of 2021 I launched the first version of this service in the Czech Republic – Tiskárník, which today runs as a growing network of print and copy shops.

Drukolud brings the same proven service to Poland: we’re starting with our own points, and independent print shops can join the network. Each sets its own prices, you choose by price and distance, and we take no commission at all.
