Lecture notes mean volume – and volume means price

Double-sided means half the paper. Nobody reads lecture notes like a photo album – double-sided printing is the obvious choice here, and it works out cheaper per page. You set the colour, format and number of copies after uploading your file, and if there are a few colour charts inside, you only pay for colour on the pages that actually have it.

You see the price before you commit. No “price on request” – after uploading your files you see the final price at every shop nearby and choose by price and distance. You can also compare price lists on the pricing page.

Printing lecture notes in practice

How much does it cost to print 200 pages of notes?
Double-sided, that’s 100 sheets – the price is calculated from the chosen shop’s price list and you see it in full before ordering. As a rough guide, count on a few dozen groszy per black-and-white page; for bigger volumes shops have volume discounts built right into their price lists.
Can you bind my notes?
Some points offer binding or collating as an extra service – if a shop has it on offer, you can pick it right in the order along with the price. Stapling or covers are worth specifying in the order note.
Won’t double-sided printing show through?
On standard 80 g/m² office paper, double-sided text printing is the norm and reads just fine. If your notes are full of dark illustrations and you want to be sure, pick a heavier paper weight in your order.
My notes have only a few colour charts. Do I pay colour for everything?
No. On upload we check your PDF page by page and detect colour pages automatically – if you pick colour printing, only the pages with colour bill at the colour rate. The rest prints at the black-and-white price.
Is printing lecture notes and study materials legal?
For your own educational use, yes – copyright law allows a copy for personal use. You’re responsible for the content of the files you upload; selling printed copies is of course not allowed.
Will I make it if my exam is tomorrow?
Typical jobs are ready within tens of minutes to a few hours, depending on the shop’s queue – what matters are the available pickup hours, which you see upfront. More on the same-day printing page.
