Why it works

Express without the express surcharge

No central print plant, no courier. A shop in your area does the printing and you collect in person – which cuts out all the logistics that eat up a day or two at classic online printers. The route “upload → it prints → walk over and collect” is the shortest there is.

The price is the same as when you’re not in a hurry. Your order is calculated deterministically from the shop’s price list – being in a rush changes nothing. What you see in the comparison before ordering is what you pay at pickup. You can also compare the shops’ price lists on the pricing page.

You see what’s happening. After confirmation you track the printing live – file by file, with an indicator of how much is done. The moment you see “ready for pickup”, off you go. You’ll get an email in the meantime too.

Three steps between a file and a print

  1. Upload and set up

    Drag your PDF onto the homepage, choose the format, colour and number of copies. Double-sided printing is cheaper per page – and even in a rush it slows nothing down, setting it takes a second.

  2. Pick an open print shop

    The comparison shows final prices, distance and opening hours for every shop nearby. For express jobs, pick by who’s open and who’s on your way.

  3. Collect, check, pay

    You pay on the spot, in cash or by transfer. You look over the prints at pickup – if anything’s wrong, you sort it out with the shop right there, not through a complaint form.

Express printing in practice

How much does express printing cost?
The same as regular printing – there’s no rush surcharge at all. The price is calculated from the chosen shop’s price list and you see it in full before ordering, including any delivery.
Can the prints be delivered if I don’t have time to walk over?
Yes, print shops also deliver to parcel lockers or by courier to an address – some even with same-day delivery around the city. You see each shop’s options and prices in the order; more on the delivery page.
How quickly will the shop confirm my order?
The shop is notified immediately and usually confirms within minutes during opening hours. Right after confirmation you can see on the order page that your order is queuing up for printing.
I need to print today – will it make it?
For regular documents usually yes; the shop’s opening hours and queue decide. Details on the same-day printing page – and it’s always worth putting your deadline in the order note.
