Every print shop in the network sets its own price list. After you upload your files, we calculate the exact price at every shop that can print your order – you just pick one. See indicative prices in the price list; Drukolud adds no markup.

Directly to the print shop at pickup – in cash or by bank transfer. No money ever goes through Drukolud and nothing is paid upfront.

Yes. It’s calculated from the chosen shop’s price list deterministically, so what you see before ordering is what you pay on the spot. Optional delivery has its price listed next to each option; in-person pickup is free.

No. You create the order without an account – you get a link with an access key that lets you track and manage your order. Save the link, it works like a key to your order.

PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and images (JPG, PNG, GIF). We count pages in PDFs and Word documents automatically; for other formats you can adjust the count manually.

Yes. The base settings apply to all files at once, but you can fine-tune each file separately – different paper, colour and number of copies. You can add a note to each file and to the whole order.

You can see the status on the order page at any time: awaiting confirmation, accepted, printing, ready for pickup. The print shop confirms each order manually.

It can happen – for example when a special paper has run out. You pay nothing (payment is only at pickup), and your files stay uploaded, so you just pick another shop from the comparison.

Write it in the note on your order or on a file – the print shop sees it before confirming and you arrange it directly. You’ll find the shop’s contact details on its page.

In person at the point you chose – you’ll find them all in the print shop overview and on the map. Selected shops also deliver to a parcel locker or to your door by courier.

In-person pickup is often possible shortly after the print shop accepts your order. For delivery, you see the expected number of days next to each option before you order – some shops even deliver the same day.

Your files are accessible only to the print shop where you placed your order – it downloads them through secured links in order to print them. They aren’t displayed anywhere else. Details in the privacy policy.
